To set the clock:
1. Press “Read” button.
2. Press “Mode” button seven times, until the “SET” icon
appear in the upper right corner of the screen, next to the
clock digits ("00:00").
3. Press “Read” button to switch between 12 and 24 hour
mode. (Note: In 24 hour mode, a “24” icon appears to the
left of the clock digits. In 12 hour mode, the “24” icon will
not display.)
4. Press “Mode” to confirm 12 or 24 hour mode. The hour
digits blink.
5. Press “Read” button to change the hour digits. Hold down
the button to advance the hours quickly. Press “Mode” to
confirm the displayed hour. The minute digits blink.
6. Press “Read” button to change the minute digits. Hold
down the button to advance the minutes quickly. Press
“Mode” to confirm the displayed time.
7. The clock is set.
Clock Setting
The Lock mode is a convenient feature for continuous
monitoring of temperatures. When Lock mode is active, the
thermometer will continuously report temperature readings
for up to 60 minutes.
To activate Lock Mode:
1. Press “Read” button.
2. Press “Mode” button 3 times, until the “LOCK” icon
flashes in the center of the screen.
3. Press “Read” button to confirm and select Lock mode.
The “LOCK” icon steadies on the display.
4. Temperatures will be continuously monitored and updated
on the display for up to 60 minutes, when the unit will
automatically return to the room temperature/clock display.
5. To manually deactivate Lock mode, press the “Read”
button. The Lock icon will vanish from the display, and the
unit will return to the room temperature/clock display.
