Then push the cushion clip over the cushion onto
the mask frame, ensuring it clicks into place in all
locations (Fig. 9).
3 Thread the straps of the headgear through the slots
on the mask and fasten the Velcro. The headgear
label should face outwards and be near your neck
when fitted.

MASK DEAD SPACE
Small mask 145 mL
Medium mask 200 mL

Note: These values were obtained using a facial profile
and measuring the volume from the surface of the
face to the end of the tapered fitting. The data is
provided as an indication only. Actual volumes may
vary depending on individual facial features.
MASK IMPEDANCE DATA
At a flow of 60 L/min the difference in pressure
between the end of the tapered fitting and inside the
mask is less than 0.5 cmH
2
O.
MASK LEAK
The leak from the mask, excluding leak between the
face and the mask, is less than 2.0 L/min at 30 cmH
2
O
(maximum pressure).
