6.2.2 Error check method with monitor signal
Table 6.4 shows description, cause investigation, and corrective action of errors
depending on monitor signal.
: ON, : OFF, *: ON or OFF
POINT
If the safety power supply has not been powered ON, monitor signals that indicate
normal module operation are not displayed. (The fixed pattern shown in Table 6.4
is displayed.)
Check errors with monitor signals after powering ON the safety power supply.
