Using the Condenser
The condenser is furnished with a disc
diaphragm, which has to be adjusted to
match the effective numerical aperture of the
individual objectives.
Selecting an Objective
1. Rotate the desired objective over the
sample.
2. Rotate the condenser on the right of the
stage so that the color matches the color of
the selected objective.
