Back Assembly

Cleanweeklywithdampenedcloth.Wipeentiresurface.

Weeklyvisualinspectionofpartsincludinghardware,brackets,upholsterymaterials,

foams(ifaccessible),andplastics,fordeformation,corrosion,breakage,wearor

compression.

Cover

CAUTION

Machine wash cold. Gentle cycle. Mild detergent. NO fabric softeners or bleach. DO

NOT machine dry. Air dry ONLY out of sun.

Foam

Replacebackfoamifitbecomescontaminatedbecauseofincontinence.Thebackfoamis

absorbentandcannotbecleaned.

ƽ WARNING

The cover is designed to protect the foam against a user’s incontinence and to

provide fire retardant so the cushion must not be used without its cover. If the

cover is torn, it must be replaced.

Continued use with absent or damaged cover by an incontinent user can result in

severe skin irritation, infection, and other skin care issues.
