Ordinary Location Certification from FM Approvals
As standard, the transmitter has been examined and tested to determine that the
design meets the basic electrical, mechanical, and fire protection requirements
by FM Approvals, a nationally recognized test laboratory (NRTL) as accredited by
the Federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA).

Special Conditions for Safe Use (X):
1. The Model 3051 transmitter housing contains aluminum and is considered a
potential risk of ignition by impact or friction. Care must be taken into account
during installation and use to prevent impact and friction.
2. The Model 3051 transmitter with the transient terminal block (Option code T1) will
not pass the 500 Vrms dielectric strength test and this must be taken into account
during installation.
