On/Off Switch
The PV100S incorporates a maintained position ON/OFF switch located on the
front door of the main enclosure. Under normal conditions, the
ON/OFF switch is in
the O
N position. Turning the switch to the OFF position will initiate an immediate
controlled shutdown of the PV100S and open both the main AC and DC
contactors within the unit. The main AC and DC contactors cannot be closed
unless the switch is in the
ON position. The PV100S is prevented from being
restarted until the O
N/OFF switch is turned back to the ON position.
WARNING: Shock Hazard
Disengaging the main enclosure door interlock switch does NOT remove all hazardous
voltages from inside the inverter. Before attempting to service the PV100S, follow the
de-energize Lockout and Tag procedure on page 5–3.
