Options during a call
Your phone provides a number of control functions that you
can use while a call is in progress.
Putting a call on hold
If a person is trying to call you when you are talking on the
phone, a notification window will pop out.
1. Press the
Answer
soft key to answer the second call
and put the first on hold.
2. To swap back and forth between the two callers, press
the
Swap
soft key.
3. To end the second call and go back to the first, press the
End
soft key
or press .
Setting up conference calling
Conference calling enables you to invite callers during a call
and have a conversation with up to 5 people at the same
time.
1. Put a call on hold, dial a second number, and wait for it
to be picked up. Alternatively, accept a second incoming
call when you already have one in progress.
2. Press the
Menu
soft key and select
Conference
.
If the conference connection is successful, the word
“Conference” will appear at the top of the screen.
3. Press the
Menu
soft key and select
Hold
to place the
conference call on hold and make a new call or
answer another incoming call.
