Using English mode
Press the appropriate key until the character you want
appears on the screen.
Tips for using English mode
• To enter the same letter twice or to enter a
different letter on the same key, wait for the cursor
to move to the right automatically, or press
[Right]. Then, enter the next letter.
•Press

to insert a space.

to change case or switch to Number
mode.
• Press the Navigation keys to move the cursor.
• Press [

to delete characters one by one. Press
and hold [

] to clear the entire display.
Using Malay mode
This mode allows you enter Malaysian words by
pressing only one key per each letter.You can enter
letters the same way as in Quick English mode.

Using Number mode
Number mode enables you to enter numbers. Press
the keys corresponding to the digits you want.
Using Symbol mode
Symbol mode enables you to enter symbols.
1. Press [Up] or [Down] to display more symbol sets.
2. Press the key corresponding to the symbol you
want.
Using Help mode
On-screen help for the text input modes is available
when creating a message.
Press <
Options
> and select
Input method
→
Help
to access this mode.
