Section 6: Messages
This section explains how to send or receive messages. This section
also describes the features and functionality associated with
messaging.
Types of Messages
Your phone can send and receive Text, Picture, and Video messages.
Note:
Available memory is shared between all messages. The number of
messages stored depends on message length.
Create and Send Text Messages
Send Text messages to recipients with compatible devices.
1. From a Home screen, touch

2. In the
Text Msg
screen, enter recipients using one of these
methods:

Touch a
To
field to enter the recipient’s number.

Contacts
to select contact(s).

Groups
to select group members.

Recent Calls
to select a number from the Calls log.

, then enter up to 150 characters in the Text field.
