Set the date and time when using this camcorder for the first time.
1. Set the Select switch to CARD or TAPE. (SC-D383/D385 only)
2. Press the MODE button to set Camera ( ) or Player ( ).
3. Press the MENU button.
The menu list will appear.
4. Move the Joystick (
/
)
up or down to select "System", then press the
Joystick or move the Joystick ( )to the right.
5. Move the Joystick (
/
)
up or down to select "Clock Set", then press the
Joystick.
The year will be highlighted first.
6. Move the Joystick (
/
)
up or down to set the current year, then press the
Joystick.
The month will be highlighted.
7. You can set the month, day, hour and minute following the same procedure after
setting the year.
8. Press the Joystick after setting the minutes.
The message "Complete !" is displayed.
9. To exit, press the MENU button.
You can set the year up to 2037.
Turning the date and time display on/off
To switch the date and time display on or off, access the menu and change
the date/time display mode.
