Playback Functions
This section describes how to view movies and MP les.
Viewing Movies
Follow the steps below to view movies.

Press the 6 button.
Press the 6 button to display pictures in the
picture display.

Display the movie.
Press +, –, Fn1, and Fn2 (page
34) to scroll through pictures
until the rst frame of the
movie is displayed. Movies are
indicated by a 3 icon.

Start playback.
Press the ADJ. lever to start playback. Progress
is shown in the playback display. The following
operations can be performed:

Advance/
rewind
z/Z
Hold the z button to fast forward, and the
Z button to rewind. If movie is paused, press
the z or Z button to advance or rewind
one frame; keep the button pressed for slow
advance or rewind.
Pause/
resume
ADJ.
Press the ADJ. lever to pause; press again to
resume.
Adjust
volume
+/– Press + to increase volume, – to decrease.
