OPERATION
Starting the Engine
1. Sit on the seat.
2. Raise the mower deck to the transport position by locking
the lift pedal fully forward.
3. Activate the park brake by pulling the lever fully upwards.
WARNING! Engine exhaust and certain vehicle
components contain or emit chemicals considered to cause
cancer, birth defects or other reproductive system damage.
The engine exhaust contains carbon monoxide, which is a
odorless, colorless, poisonous gas. Do not use the machine
in enclosed spaces.
4. Disengage the mower blades by pressing the blade
switch downwards.
5. Move the steering controls outward to the locked (outer)
neutral position.
6. Move the throttle to the middle position. If the engine is
cold, the choke control should be pulled up.
