3. Ride comfort and vehicle stability
Proper tire inflation contributes to a
comfortable ride. Overinflation produces
a jarring and uncomfortable ride.
Besides the tire name (sales designa-
tion) and manufacturer's name, a num-
ber of markings can be found on a tire.
