theoriginaldateof.Anyconsumableitems,suchascarbon

brushes,batteries,drillanddriverbitsandchucksarecoveredbya90daywarranty.Thiswarrantyisvalidfordefectsin

workmanshipormaterialsonly,andishandledatthepointofsale.



Thewarrantygivenonthistool

isagainstdefectsinworkmanshipandmaterialsonly.Anymisuse,abuseoraccidental

damageisnotcoveredbywarranty .Thefollowingactionswillalsoresultinthewarrantybeingvoid:



•Ifthetoolhasbeenoperatedonasupplyvoltageotherthanthatspecifiedonthetool.

•If

thetoolshowssignsofdamageordefectscausedbyorresultingfr omabuse,accidentsoralterations.

•Ifthetoolisdisassembledortamperedwithinanyway.



Note:Warrantyexcludesconsumablepartssuchascarbonbrushes,batteries,drillanddriverbitsandchucks.


