Troubleshooting
Monitor may have been
inflated without the cuff
around the arm OR
Cuff may not be postioned
correctly on the arm.
You may have moved
while the cuff was inflat-
ing, it is now attempting
to reinflate. Check the
cuff to make sure it’s
positioned correctly.
You may have moved
or spoken during the
measurement process.
You may have been
startled by a noise or
vibration while measur-
ing.
Read page 17 (Applying
the Cuff).
Read pages 15 & 16
(Important Reminders).
Remember that it is
important not to move
and speak as it may ele-
vate measurements.
Make sure you are in a
quiet and comfortable
place when taking a
measurement.
Unable to take a
measurement
after receiving an
error symbol.
Replace with 4 AA bat-
teries quickly so you may
continue to measure your
blood pressure without
any interruptions.
Blood pressure
value seems too
high or too low
Read page 17
(Applying the Cuff).
Replace with four new
"AA" batteries. Make
sure the polarities are
positioned correctly in the
battery compartment
before continuing to mea-
sure your blood pressure.
The monitor keeps
reinflating
The cuff may not be
positioned correctly.
Circuitry locked.
Cuff may not be aligned
correctly.
The batteries have run
down.
Remove then reinsert
the batteries and then
proceed to take
measurement again.
