HOW TO TAKE A MEASUREMENT
1. Step onto the unit.
Stand with your weight evenly distributed on the measurement platform.
Remain still and do not move until the measurement is complete.
2. Check the measurement results.
When(LB)isdisplayed,themeasurementends.
3. Step off the unit.
The scale will be automatically turned off after 16 seconds.
NOTES:
• Ifyoustandinanunstablemanner,thedisplayvaluewillashandautomatically
shut down 10 seconds later.
• Youcanchangethemeasurementunit.
1)PresstheplatformtoturntheunitON.
2)PresstheUnitbuttononthebackoftheunittoselectthedesiredmeasurement
unit, “lb” or “kg”.
The unit changes with each press of the Unit button.
