• Start with a lock of hair about 5
cm wide and close the ceramic
plates around the hair near the
scalp. Avoid touching the scalp
with the hot appliance.
• Slowly slide the appliance
towards the hair ends in a uent
movement. Keep the hair tight to
avoid kinks. For more lift in the
hair, smooth only the outer part
of the hair lock.
• Finish off by either curling the
hair ends inwards or outwards
for a curled or bobbed look.
• Alternatively, wrap the lock of
hair around the appliance and
hold it there for a few seconds
for loose curls.
CLEANING
• Remove the plug from the wall
socket and allow the appliance
to cool down before cleaning.
• Never submerge the appliance
in water, and no water must be
allowed to get into it.
• Do not use scouring sponge,
strong or abrasive cleaning
agents, solvents or similar to
clean the appliance, as these
may scratch or damage the
external surfaces and the
ceramic plates. Wipe it with a
well-wrung soft cloth.

• if the above instructions are not
followed
• if the appliance has been
interfered with
• if the appliance has been
mishandled, subjected to rough
treatment, or has suffered any
other form of damage
• If faults have arisen because of
faults in your electricity supply.
