is clear of debris. Otherwise, injury to personnel or damage to patient lift may
occur.

2. Removethefrontorrearcasterfromthelift.RefertoReplacingCasters/Forkson

3. Unscrewtheexistingforkfromthebase.
4. Installthenewforkontothebase.
5. Installthefrontorrearcasterontothepatientlift.RefertoReplacingCasters/Forkson
