1. Loosenthemountingscrewonthefrontrigginganglehingetodecreasetherotation
effort.
NOTE:DONOTremovethefootplatemountingscrew.
2. Tightenthefrontrigginganglehingemountingscrewtoincreasetherotationeffort.
3. RepeatSTEPS1and2fortheotherfootplate.
