FIGURE 3 - REPLACING THE WHEELS/REPLACING THE ONE-WAY
WHEELS WITH TWO-WAY WHEELS
CONVERTING THE REVERSE POSTURAL (PULLING)
WALKER TO A FOWARD (PUSHING) WALKER
(FIGURE 4)
NOTE: Refer to INSTALLATION WARNINGS in the SAFETY SUMMARY in this
instruction sheet.
NOTE: Walker is shipped in the reverse postural (pulling) walker configuration.
NOTE: Right, Left, Front, and Rear sides are determined from using the walker in
the reverse postural (pulling) configuration.
NOTE: Two (2) of the four (4) wheels provided with the walker are "one-way" wheels,
which roll in only one (1) direction. This allows the walker to be used as either a
reverse postural (pulling) walker, or a forward (pushing) walker.
NOTE: On a reverse postural (pulling) walker both of the one-way wheels are
mounted to the rear frame tubes. On a forward (pushing) walker both one-way
wheels are mounted to the front frame tubes.
NOTE: Take note of the location and orientation of the one-way wheels before removal.
NOTE: When installing the one-way wheels into the front frame tubes, their position
is reversed in order to change the direction of rotation.
