Retainer
1. Install the Mattress Retainers (#1) into the holes on the
corners of the Head Deck or Foot Deck.
a. Starting in a vertical position, place the ends
into the holes as shown in Figure A so that the
curved part of the retainer is facing outward.
b. Lower the mattress retainer and pivot
it into a horizontal resting position
as shown in Figure B.
NOTE: The Mattress retainers are interchangeable for both the head and foot ends of the bed. The foot retainers come standard with your
bed. Head retainers are optional and must be ordered separately.
