TROUBLESHOOTING
★ Should any problem persist after you have made the following checks, return the product to a nearest service center
for examination and repair.
Symptom Cause and/or solution
•Check that AC adapter is plugged in firmly.
•Check that switch at bottom is turned ON.
•Check that water reservoir is filled to the correct level.
•If using with battery only, check that battery pack is firmly attached to the unit.
•Check that battery is fully charged.
•Check that there's medication in the cup.
•Check that the medication cup is not broken or transfigured.
•Check medication level in medication cup.
•Check that transducer is clean.
•Check that the fan is firmly and properly mounted on the motor shaft.
Unit does not operate when
ON/OFF button is depressed.
No atomization or low
atomization rate
Fan is not working properly
