Door Latch
• Holds the door closed.
Door Screw Handle (Not Shown)
• Seals door gasket against cabinet.
Steam Control Handle
• Pull out and down to open the steam valve.
• Push up and back to turn the steam valve off.
Cooking Time Control
• Sets the desired cooking time (0 to 60 minutes).
• At the end of the cooking cycle, buzzer sounds for a
short interval and then stops.

Also refer to the Suggested Cooking Guidelines on pages
33 – 35. Size, weight, pan loading and product quality will
affect cooking times and should be adjusted to your own
