3: Removing and Replacing the Slicing Knife
Ensure the sliding table is removed.
A: Rotate the Clamp Clockwise
to unlock the Slicing Knife and
Anticlockwise to lock it.
B: Hold the knife blade by the
clamp when removing and
attaching it.
To attach the Slicing Knife, hold it as shown, place it into the
recess in the motor and rotate anticlockwise.
NEVER TOUCH THE BLADE EDGE WITH YOUR FINGERS!

1: Ensure the machine is disconnected from the mains.
Invert the unit. Place the unit on a solid level surface and
hold it securely. Detach the Collecting Tray.
