Using Your VAIO Computer
To transfer data from or to another Bluetooth device
1 Choose Start, point to All Programs, Accessories, Communications, and then click Bluetooth File Transfer Wizard.
The Bluetooth File Transfer Wizard window appears.
2 Click Next to continue.
3 Follow the on-line instructions.
To connect to a network with Bluetooth device
With Bluetooth connections, you can join a personal area network (PAN), which is an Internet Protocol (IP)-based network.
1 Turn on the WIRELESS switch.
2 Click Start and then Control Panel.
3 Click Network and Internet Connections.
4 Click Network Connection.
5 Click Bluetooth Network Connection.
The Bluetooth Personal Area Network Device window appears.
❑ If you wish to connect to a Bluetooth device that is not displayed, click Add.
❑ If you wish to connect to a displayed Bluetooth device, select the device's icon and click Connect.
6 Follow the on-screen instructions.
Stopping the Bluetooth Connection
To stop the Bluetooth connection, turn off the WIRELESS switch. The Bluetooth indicator turns off.
