Press LCD MODE/BRT.
Each time you press LCD MODE/BRT,
the screen type changes 16:9
4:3
screen off.
Tip
When you listen to music, you can save the battery
power by turning the screen off.
Adjusting the picture
quality
You can adjust [ BRIGHTNESS],
[ CONTRAST] and [ HUE] of the screen.

Keep LCD MODE/BRT pressed until
[BRIGHTNESS] appears.

Press LCD MODE/BRT repeatedly to
select the item you want to adjust.
Each time you press LCD MODE/BRT,
the adjustment item changes in the order
of [BRIGHTNESS]
[CONTRAST]
[HUE].

Adjust the items using /.
Item
BRIGHT-
NESS
to darken to brighten
CONTRAST to soften to sharpen
HUE to make reddish to make greenish
Tip
The adjustment screen disappears after a few
seconds. If you want to turn it off at once, keep LCD
MODE/BRT pressed.
