Basic Operations
Selecting the connected component
You can use a TV, VCR, or other components connected to the EURO AV, VIDEO 1, or VIDEO 2
jacks on the subwoofer. Refer to the operation manual supplied with the components for further
information on the operation.
Press FUNCTION +/– repeatedly until “TV,” “VIDEO 1,” or “VIDEO 2”appears in the front
panel display.
Each time you press FUNCTION +/–, the mode of the system changes in the following sequence.
DVD t FM t AM t TV t VIDEO 1 t VIDEO 2 t DVD t …
Note
• When you use both the VIDEO 1 or 2 (AUDIO IN) jacks (analog connection) and VIDEO 1 or 2 (DIGITAL IN
COAXIAL) jack (digital connection) at the same time, the digital connection takes priority.
• When you connect the TV to the TV (DIGITAL IN OPTICAL) jack (digital connection), the digital connection
takes priority over the analog connection (EURO AV connection).
Changing the input level of the sound from connected
components
You can change the input sensitivity of the AUDIO IN (VIDEO 1, VIDEO2) or EURO AV jacks on
the subwoofer.
1 Press FUNCTION +/– repeatedly until “TV,” “VIDEO 1,” or “VIDEO 2” appears in the front
panel display.
2 Press AMP MENU.
3 Press X/x repeatedly until “ATTENUATE” appears in the front panel display, then press
or c.
