Playing music or video files
If you have copied media files in your
phone’s memory or memory card, you can
play them from Windows Media Player.
Playing media files from a library
1. On the Library screen, if necessary, tap
Menu
and select
Library
and then
select the memory from which you want
to retrieve files.
2. Tap
Menu
and select
Update Library...
3. When libraries have been updated, tap
Done
.
4. Select a category.
5. Scroll to the library you want to play and
tap
Play
.
Note
: If the file does not appear in a library,
on the Library screen, tap
Menu
→
Open File...
On the File System
screen, select the file you want to play.
The player screen displays and the
selected file plays.
You can use the following options during
playback:
• To adjust the Windows Media volume,
press the Up or Down navigation key. You
can view the volume level on the screen.
• To move backward in a file, press and
hold the Left navigation key.
• To move forward in a file, press and hold
the Right navigation key.
• To access the next file, press the Right
navigation key.
• To access the previous file, press the Left
navigation key before the playback starts.
• To play the files in the playlist randomly
or repeatedly,
tap
Menu
→
Shuffle
/
Repeat
.
• To view the video on a full screen,
tap
Menu
→
Full Screen
.
• To stop playback, tap
Menu
→
Stop
.
