MMS tone
(Menu 4.5.3)
The following options are available for alerting you
to new multimedia messages:
Off
: the phone does not use an MMS tone.
Light only
: the backlight of the keypad and display
flashes.
Vibration
: the phone vibrates.
Single beep
: the phone beeps once.
MMS tone x
: the phone uses one of several MMS
tones.
Repetition
(Menu 4.5.4)
In this menu, you can set how often the phone
informs you of a new message.
The following options are available:
Once
: The phone alerts you to a new message just
once when you receive an incoming message.
Periodic
: The phone alerts you to a new message
every 2 minutes until you open the message.
Slider tone
(Menu 4.6)
You can select a tone type that the phone sounds
when you open or close the phone.
To turn off the sound, select
Off
.
