Adding a name
To add a name to the Phone Book:
1. At the
Phone Book (information) screen, press to highlight
Name.
2. Press , the
Enter name screen displays. Enter a name.
3. Press to save and display the information in the
Name field on
the
Phone Book (information) screen.
4. Press again to save your entry.
Setting secret
This feature allows you to keep certain numbers in your Phone Book
confidential so that others cannot access them.
1. From the
Phone Book (information) screen, press to highlight
Secret.
2. Press . Press to highlight the On (secret) or Off (cancel)
option.
3. Press to save.
4. Press again to save your entry.
Note: All Phone Book entries can be made secret. If you access the entry later,
you will be prompted to enter your 4-digit user lock code.
Adding a relation label
To add a “relationship” label associated with a group, which is associated with
a number in the Phone Book.
1. From the
Phone Book (information) screen, press to highlight
Relation.
2. Press , the
Relation menu screen displays. The following options
