Bearer Selection: allows you to choose either GSM or
GPRS, depending on your network.
Character Support
: allows you to choose a character type
from GSM-Alphabet, Uni-Code or Automatic. If you
select Uni-Code and your recipient’s phone does not
support it, your recipient may not be able to read your
message.
Delete All
This menu allows you to delete all of the text messages in
each message box. You can also delete all of your
messages at one time.
When a confirming message displays, press the
Yes soft
key or the
key to confirm.
Memory Status
You can check how many messages are currently stored
in the SIM and phone memories.
This menu shows how many messages are currently
stored in the SIM Memory, PHONE Memory, and CB (Cell
Broadcast) Memory.
To Press the
select a message
box to clear
Up or Down key. To delete all of your
messages, select All Messages.
