16 Phone Basics
In-Call Options
Select actions by pressing the left softkey for Menu during a call.
A list of options is displayed that allows you to perform different
actions during the course of a call. The following options are
available: (To select an option, press the corresponding keypad
number or highlight the option and press .)
• (1) Mute or UnMute allows you to mute or reactivate your
phone’s microphone.
• (2) DTMF On/DTMF Off activates or deactives DTMF tones on
your keypad.
• (3) Call History checks your call log for Missed, Outgoing, and
Incoming calls. You can also erase the logs from this menu.
• (4) Contacts accesses the Contacts menu options.
• (5) 3-Way Call allows you to talk to two different people at the
same time. (For more information, see "Making a Three-Way
Call" on page 25.)
• (6) Messaging allows you to check for Voice Mail and
notifications.
• (7) Utilities accesses the Utilities menu options.
• (8) Version displays the hardware/software version and
Preferred Roaming List (PRL) being used.
