Turning Your Device On and Off
Turning Your Device On
ᮣ Press and hold for two seconds.
Once your device is on, it will look for a signal. When
your device finds a signal, it enters standby mode – the
device’s idle state. At this point, you are ready to begin
making and receiving calls.
If your device is unable to find a signal after 15 minutes
of searching, a Power Save feature (page 48) is
automatically activated. When a signal is found, your
device automatically returns to standby mode.
In Power Save mode, your device searches for a signal
periodically without your intervention. You can also
initiate a search for Sprint service by pressing any key
(when your device is turned on).
Bluetooth Connected– The Bluetooth technology
is active and communicating (paired) with a
target Bluetooth device.
Wi-Fi Inactive – Your Wi-Fi connection is inactive.
Wi-Fi Active – Your Wi-Fi connection is active and
communicating.
Status Bar – Messaging Icons
Notification – Shows there is a device
notification that needs your attention, such
as hidden icons, messages, missed calls,
Bluetooth activity, etc.
Voicemail – You have a new voicemail message.
Press and hold to call your voicemail box.
Text Message – You have new text messages.
Email – You have new unread email messages.
Status Bar – Status Icons
Missed Call – You have missed an incoming call.
