cartridge must match the color of the dot above the cartridge stall.

1 If you haven’t already done so, remove the shipping tape from the print
cartridge carriage.

2 Remove the print cartridge from the carton.

3 Remove the green tab and the blue tape by pulling the green tab and
peeling it and the tape off as shown in the following illustration:
Remove and discard green
tab and blue tape.
The colored area around the
edge of the label shows you the
color of ink in the cartridge.
