1. Insert the end of the GPS 18 USB
cable into an available USB port on
your computer.
2. Once the GPS 18 USB is connected, Windows should automatically
locate and install the drivers.
If Windows is unable to locate and install the drivers, select your
DVD-ROM drive from the “Add New Hardware” Wizard dialog box
(Example: “E:”).
Step 3: Install Detailed Maps
Click Install Detailed Maps and follow the instructions on your
computer screen.
Step 4: Unlock Maps
1. From the UnlockWizard Welcome screen, click Next. Select Yes, I
have a 25-character Unlock Code and click Next.
2. On the code entry screen, enter the Unlock Code from the yellow
sheet packaged with your unit. You do not need to include the
dashes.
3. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the unlock process and
then to register your purchase or exit the program.
Note: Keep your Unlock Code in a safe place for future reference.
