not used on conjunction with SNVT’s
Specifies the Type Number to apply to this particular UNVT.
This Parameter is optional when SNVT_Type is set to UNVT, the
parameter is not used on conjunction with SNVT’s

Network Variable updates with values less than specified in
this field will be ignored.
