Using the cut sheet
feeder, the paper
does not feed
properly.
The
LOAD/EJECT
button is pressed, but
the platen does not
move and the paper
does not feed.
After a print
command is sent from
the computer, the
platen does not move
and the paper does
not feed.
The printer may be off line. Press the ON
LINE button to put the printer on line.
