Show my phone number
You can display your own telephone number
if it has been stored.
• Press / to select “Show my phone
number” and press OK.
If more than one number appears, press
/ to select the correct one.
Prevent access
You can prevent unauthorised persons from
accessing the telephone memory bank. If
desired
• Press
/ to select “Prevent access”
and press OK.
• Press / to choose among the fol-
lowing settings:
“No memory restriction”
– All access restrictions are deactivat-
ed.
“Lock SIM card”
– It is not possible to access the tele-
phone numbers stored on the SIM
card.
“Lock phone”
– It is not possible to access the tele-
phone numbers stored in the tele-
phone memory bank.
“No access possible”
– It is not possible to access the tele-
phone numbers stored in the tele-
phone memory bank or on the SIM
card. It is not possible to store new
telephone numbers.
• Confirm your selection by pressing
OK.
• Enter the access code and press OK.
• Press << / >> to select on or off and
press OK.
Check capacity
Use this function to determine how much
storage capacity is available on the SIM card
and in the telephone memory bank.
• Press
/ to select “Check capacity”
and press OK.
• Press
/ to select “Check SIM ca-
pacity” or “Check phone capacity” and
press OK.
The number of free entries available will ap-
pear in the display.
If there are no entries available, “memory
free” will appear in the display.
