I have a small indoor outdoor thermometer that has a long cable that I position out side to get the out door temp. It give me the time, indoor temp outdoor temp and has an alarm. it is about ten years old and I had taken it down and now when I reposition it, I get the features that all seem to be working except the outdoor temp which just stays at LLL.L
