INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
PLEASE READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USE.

lease consult a healthcare professional for the proper adjustment.
HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT
1. Remove Rollator from case.
2. Cut plastic ties to remove basket.
3. Unfold frame; spread front and back legsapart.
4. Push down locking mechanism to secure legs in place.
5. Insert tube sections of left and righthandle barsinto their
respective vertical framesections.
6. Adjust handle barsto user’s height.DO NOT extendthe handle bars beyond
theknurled(crosshatched)portion of thehandle bars. Ensuringthatthe
hole on theframeis alignedwiththe holes on thehandle barat the desired
armheight,insertthe bolt so thatthethreadsarepointingoutsidethe rolla-
torframe. Tighten theknob-nutontothe bolt. Repeatfor theoppositeside
ofthe frame.
OPERATION
HAND BRAKE: Squeeze handbrakesto stop;releasehand brakestowalk.
Ensurethat both hand brakes are squeezedatthesametime toensure proper
braking.Ifonly onehand brakeis squeezed, only one wheelwillbrake.
TO LOCK: Push hand brakes down tolock. Ensurethat both left andrighthand
brakes are locked.Alwayslock hand brakes when user isimmobile;neversiton
restseat ifhand brakesare not locked.
TO UNLOCK: Lift hand brakes up to unlock.
FOLDING ROLLATOR: Remove any attached accessories, such as the
wire shopping basket. Flip up locking mechanisms. Press legs together.
ATTACH ACCESSORIES
SHOPPING BASKET:
Attach wire shopping basket hooks beneath walker rest seat.
MAINTENANCE
For dust and dirt, wipe Rollator gently with damp, soft cloth.
Use a mild soap and water solution to clean, rinse with clear water,
then dry with a soft cloth.
Never use organic solvents, abrasive cleaners or scouring pads on
any part of Rollator.
Check fit and tightness of all nuts, bolts and knobs weekly to ensure
that Rollator is safe to use.

2. This product has a maximum user weight limitation of 300 lbs.

4. If components are damaged or missing, contact your
dealer immediately. DO NOT use substitute parts.
5. Before use, ensure that all assembled parts are secure
and all hardware is tightened.
6. Always use caution when using this product on wet
or slippery surfaces. Do not use Rollator on stairs or
steep inclines.
7. Inspect Rollator weekly for proper function and wear.
If any component is not in proper working order or
appears worn, contact your Lumex dealer for repair
and/or appropriate replacement parts.
8. Assemble Rollator as instructed to ensure safe use.
9. If the hand brakes fail to stop the Rollator, contact
your Graham-Field Health Products dealer immediately
for adjustment.
