18. BEFORE YOU CALL FOR SERVICE
It is our primary concern to give you full satisfaction and better service. If, however, any problem
arises in connection with the operation of this scale, please check the following points before calling
for service:
A) Is the power plug fully plugged into an AC outlet?
B) Is the power turned ON?
C) Is AC power being properly supplied to the outlet? (Check it using another electric appliance.)
D) Check the circuit breaker.
E)
Has there been a power failure of any sort?
F) Has the operation been carried out in the correct order?
This scale has been manufactured under strict quality control. If you have any trouble, however, DO
NOT ATTEMPT TO FIX IT BY YOURSELF. Pull the power plug out of the outlet, and contact your
TEC representative.
