Solution
Make sure the skin
cooler is always in
proper contact with your
skin during epilation.
Pass the skin cooler over
your leg a few times to
make it start pivoting
again.Always make sure
the outside of the skin
cooler is completely dry
before you freeze it.
Press the release button
and move the epilating
head in the direction of
the arrow (fig. 11) to
remove it.
Press the release button
and move the shaving
head in the direction of
the arrow (fig. 11) to
remove it.
Switch the appliance off,
unplug it and remove the
shaving unit.Then clean
the shaving unit with the
cleaning brush supplied.
Remove any hairs that
may have got stuck
under the trimmers.
Replace the shaving unit.
Cause
The skin cooler does not
touch the skin.
The pivoting cooling
head is frozen.
You are not moving the
epilating head in the right
direction.
You are not moving the
shaving head in the right
direction.
The shaving head is dirty.
The shaving foil is
damaged or worn.
Problem
The pivoting cooling
head of the leg skin
cooler doesn't move.
The epilating head
cannot be removed.
The shaving head
(HP6492 and HP6493
only) cannot be
removed.
Reduced shaving
performance (HP6492
and HP6493 only).
Stronger skin irritation
than usual after shaving
(HP6492 and HP6493
only).
