used to style your beard during trimming.
The set also includes a cleaning brush
and lubricating oil for maintenance
purposes. All components fit into the
practical holder (6).
Remove the protective cap (a), and fit
the required cutting head on the
trimmer unit.
•Turn the cutting head slightly in a
clockwise direction when putting it on
and slightly anti-clockwise when taking
it off. Three of the four cutting heads
have a silver stripe, which must line up
with the silver stripe on the trimmer
unit to ensure the cutting head is
correctly in place.
Fit the guide combs onto one of the
two cutting heads mentioned above by
inserting the front edge of the cutting
head behind the two pins at the front
end of the guide comb and then
pressing down on the back end of the
guide comb until it clicks into place.
Set the required beard length using the
slide control at the top of the guide
comb. Remove the guide comb by
lifting up its back end and pulling it off.
Push the on/off button upwards to
switch the trimmer unit on and
downwards to switch it off.
Applications
The nose/ear hair trimmer with rotating
blades is used to remove unwanted hair
growth in the nose and ears.
The beard/sideburn trimmer is used to
trim your beard and sideburns.
The beard thinning trimmer is used to thin
out and shape your beard and
moustache.
The minishaver is used to trim short hair
at the edges of the beard and moustache,
but is not suitable for actual shaving.
The guide combs can be fitted onto the
beard/sideburn trimmer or the beard
thinning trimmer. They provide a beard
length of between 2 and 16 mm,
depending on the guide comb and setting
selected.
MAINTENANCE
Lubricate the beard thinning trimmer and
beard/sideburn trimmer with the
accompanying oil approximately once a
month or as required. Apply 1-2 drops to
the cutting head, let the trimmer unit run
for approximately 10 seconds, and wipe
away any excess oil.
