1.DESPECTION OF THE ANALYZER / PARTS
Please open and unfold the appendix page with diagrams of the analyzer, at
the end of this instruction manual and follow the different points with the pic-
tures:
A1 Name of parts
1. Battery cover lock: Locks the battery cover.
2. Battery cover: Open or close this cover when replacing the batteries
with new ones.
3. Strap eyelet: Attach the strap to this hook.
4. Finger holder: Holds finger when inserted for measurement.
A light source is located in the upper side, and a sen
sor in the lower side.
5. Display: Displays measured value, pulse level meter and er-
ror messages.
6. Thumb rest Place thumb here during measurement.
A2 Measurement Values
1. Battery indication: The battery mark will begin to blink when the battery
power level is low.
2. Pulse rate (P.R.)
3. Oxygen saturation value (SpO2)
4. Pulse level meter
Calculation method for displayed values
Oxygen saturation value (SpO
2):
Value obtained by performing moving averaging for
the last 5 seconds is updated and displayed every
second.
Pulse rate (P.R.): Value obtained by performing moving averaging for
the last 8 pulse rates is updated and displayed every
second.
