1. Loosen,butDONOTremovetheclampthatsecurethecrankhandlestothefork.

2. Slidethecrankhandlesupand/ordownuntilthepropertensiononthechainis

achieved.

NOTE:Theproperchaintensionwillbeapproximately½‐inchofchainslack.

NOTE:If

crankisindesiredpositionbutchaintensionisnotcorrect,linksMUSTbeaddedtoor

removedfromthechaintocorrectthetension.Thisshouldbeperformedbyaqualifiedtechnician.
