REPLACING THE HEADREST
PILLOW (FIGURE 2)
1. Unfasten straps of headrest pillow from behind
headrest upholstery and remove the existing
headrest pillow from headrest.
2. Center new/existing headrest pillow onto the
front of the headrest upholstery.
3. Pull straps of new/existing headrest pillow around the
back canes.
4. Pressing firmly, attach the fastening strips of the new/
existing headrest pillow to the fastening strips on the
back of the headrest upholstery.

UPHOLSTERY
Headrest Upholstery (FIGURE 3)
1. Remove the headrest pillow. Refer to REPLAC-
ING THE HEADREST PILLOW in this procedure
of the manual.
2. Remove the six (6) mounting screws that se-
cure the headrest upholstery to the headrest
extension tubes.
3. Secure NEW headrest upholstery onto headrest
extension tubes with the existing six (6) mounting
screws.
4. Install headrest pillow. Refer to REPLACING THE
HEADREST PILLOW in this procedure of the
manual.
Back Upholstery (FIGURE 3)
1. Disengage one (1) side of the spreader bar. Refer to
REMOVING/INSTALLING THE SPREADER BAR
in this procedure of the manual.
