Invacare Crossfire T6 Mobility Aid User Manual

The
new Top End
®
Crossfire
T6
is as good as
it gets …an ultra-lightweight rigid chair with a
clean, minimalist open frame design, great looks,
simple adjustments and super value. It is the total
package.
By Design, the Crossfire T6 is one of the lightest*
aluminum chairs on the market today. Just look at it.
Its clean lines and just “where you need them”
adjustments keep the chair light. And the new open
frame makes getting it in and out of a vehicle easier
than ever.
Let’s talk about value. The Crossfire T6 comes
standard with adjustable tension upholstery, high
performance rear wheels and high-pressure clincher
tires plus semi-pneumatic front wheels.
4.25" of center-of-
gravity adjustment
is easy and quick.

But that is not all. The Crossfire T6 has many
custom frame options such as the tapered seat
width option, which allows the front of the seat to be
narrower like your body, virtually making the chair
disappear. Then there is the ergonomic seat option,
which offers improved posture, pressure distribution
and propulsion by building a level
“sweet spot”
into
the frame for your pelvis to sit on.
Forks feature inset
bearings for
smoother turning plus
your fork stem caps
will never fall off
again.
Redesigned adjustable angle footplate is lighter
and let’s you find the perfect foot position.
“The Ergo seat option on my new Crossfire has changed my life. Since I got it, I now
have enough trunk balance to be able to use both of my arms at the same time. This is
huge! I used to have to always hang on to something for balance so I only had
one arm free. Having two arms again is great. My posture is so much better
and this makes it easier to push my chair, going farther with less effort.
I have been in a chair for 25 years with constant, nagging, “always there”
back pain. Now I don’t even think about my back….the pain is almost gone.
I will never get another chair without an ergo seat.”
