NOTE: When converting to a 90° one piece footboard assembly that was not originally ordered with a chair, a notched front shroud to
give legrest tube clearance is required. Notched front shrouds became standard on all chairs after 2/17/00. See shroud color
conversion kits for chairs manufactured before 2/18/00. Seat pan attaching hardware (part # 1094381) must be ordered as well.
