narrow side panel, where the charger plug is (hard wired) attached. Serial number starts with 04A00000001.
S - Chairs made after 2/19/95 that have a round battery charger connector will use CTE charger part number 1123249.
T - Square charger connector bracket used before 2/20/95
U - Round charger connector bracket used after 2/19/95
V - Item 20 will be used when "ALL FOUR" of the following parameters (14"-15" wide x 18" deep, low seat-to-floor and group
24 batteries) are configured "together" on a chair.
